Job Title: MRI Technologist

Position Summary

We are seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI examinations and provide safe, compassionate patient care. The technologist will prepare and position patients, operate MRI equipment, and ensure accurate diagnostic images.

Responsibilities

Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders.
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
Prepare and position patients for procedures.
Operate MRI equipment and obtain quality images.
Administer contrast media as required.
Monitor patients during examinations and respond to concerns.
Follow MRI safety, infection control, and facility procedures.
Maintain accurate patient and examination records.
Perform routine equipment checks and maintain a safe imaging environment.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program.
ARRT certification preferred or required based on facility requirements.
MRI experience preferred.
Knowledge of MRI safety, imaging procedures, and patient care.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate
$70.33 - $75.20/hour
