LPN – Outpatient Clinic

Job Description
Seeking a qualified LPN to support a high-volume outpatient clinic. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, assisting providers with examinations and minor procedures, administering injections, placing imaging orders as directed, and supporting procedure-room activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and monitor vital signs.

• Assist with injections, minor procedures, and patient preparation.

• Place imaging orders as directed by providers.

• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.

• Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols.

• Work assigned shifts, weekends, holidays, and take call as required.

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift/move up to 20 lbs.

Requirements: Active LPN/LVN license and outpatient/clinic experience.

Pay Rate
$30.51 - $35.39/hour
