Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and recognize changes requiring clinical intervention
• Provide direct patient care while maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Operate and monitor medical equipment according to patient needs and clinical protocols
• Assist with procedures, treatments, and emergency interventions as required
• Participate in care coordination, discharge planning, and continuity of care activities
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
• Promote a respectful, supportive, and patient-centered care environment


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent RN experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty certifications preferred based on assignment requirements
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred
• Commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care

Pay Rate
$38.05 - $42.93/hour
