Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various healthcare settings. The LPN will assist with patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, support care plans, and collaborate with Registered Nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and healthcare providers
• Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies within the scope of practice
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient responses to care interventions
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as assigned
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate patient status updates and concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs), patient comfort, and safety needs
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care instructions
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards
• Assist with care coordination and continuity of patient care
Required Qualifications:
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent LPN experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, patient care procedures, and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Pay Rate
$23.80 - $28.67/hour
