Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Travel LPN to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The LPN will work closely with residents and the healthcare team to ensure residents receive safe and effective care while maintaining their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes in condition.
Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Support infection control and resident safety initiatives.
Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergency situations.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of practice.
Current BLS/CPR certification.

Pay Rate
$25.13 - $30.01/hour
