Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – LTC
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care to residents in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. The LPN will work under the supervision of an RN to ensure patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being while delivering patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to RN/physician
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
