Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or other healthcare providers. This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with procedures, and supporting the overall healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care to patients, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and hygiene assistance.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document appropriately.

Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to RNs or healthcare providers.

Assist with patient mobility, activities of daily living, and rehabilitation exercises.

Support patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate patient records, including nursing notes and medication administration logs.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and facility policies.
Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program.

Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Basic understanding of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$40.00 - $50.00/hour
