Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and clinical support in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

Obtain vital signs and assist with patient assessments.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.
Monitor patients and report changes in condition.
Educate patients on medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
Assist with specimen collection and basic clinical testing.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Active LPN license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong communication and patient care skills.
Previous outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$42.94 - $47.82/hour
