Job Details
Duties:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and supportive therapy.
- Assist with discharge planning, including making referrals.
Skills:
Required Skills & Experience:
- One (1) year of LMSW experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- N/A
Schedule Notes:
- Inpatient medicine, surgery (med/surg), and rehab experience required.
- Manager prefers candidates with hospital experience.
- At least 1 year of experience required.
- Required Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work.
- Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license issued by NYSED required.
- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay Rate
$65.67 - $70.55/hour
