Laboratory Technician / Technologist
Position Summary
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician/Technologist to perform accurate laboratory testing that supports patient diagnosis and treatment. The role will process specimens, conduct laboratory tests, maintain equipment, and ensure reliable and timely results.
Responsibilities

Receive, identify, and prepare patient specimens for testing.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests according to established procedures.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

Analyze and verify test results for accuracy.

Perform quality control procedures and document results.

Identify and report abnormal or critical results as required.

Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.

Monitor inventory and ensure adequate laboratory supplies.

Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

MLT, MT, MLS, or equivalent certification as applicable to the role and state requirements.

Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred.

Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, quality control, and safety practices.
