IT Meditech Systems Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking an IT Meditech Systems Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize MEDITECH healthcare information systems. The specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, assist users, and ensure the system operates efficiently to support clinical and administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
Maintain and support MEDITECH applications and systems.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.
Assist healthcare staff with application-related questions and technical support.
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementations.
Configure system settings based on operational requirements.
Maintain system documentation and support procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams and clinical departments to improve workflows.
Assist with system integrations and data reporting.
Follow information security and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience supporting MEDITECH systems or healthcare IT applications.
Knowledge of healthcare information systems and clinical workflows.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and clinical teams.
Pay Rate
$99,840.00 - $124,800.00/year
