Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): shift- 10hr Day shift 0700-1730
Bill Rate $120 before AV fee, On call bill rate $8 before AV fee

Experience Requirements: 2 yrs experience, travel experience, IR/PV/Vascular including PE’s, *at least one travel contract under their belt* need staff to be proficient with biopsies, drains, tunneled lines, embolizations prostate and UFE, PE’s, GI bleeds, PV diagnostic angiograms, angioplasties, stenting, femoral and radial approaches, TCAR, endo AAA’s and thrombectomies and fistulograms.

License/ Certification Requirements: IL Lic,, ARRT CPR,ACLS

Floating Requirements: na

Weekend Requirements: no weekends unless on call

On-Call Requirements: On call for- vascular call
On call: IR/vascular call 10-12 call days roughly per month, within 45 mins to the hospital

Holiday Requirements: as needed

Will the client accept new graduates? NO

Order Status: open

Orientation: Start- any day of the week. 16 hours non-billable ORI

Creds Due: Thursday before start

Pay Rate
$89.43 - $94.31/hour
