We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support senior-level operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately create, edit, format, save, and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and manage basic data tasks in Access
- Provide administrative and documentation support for senior-level staff
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a senior-level support role
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Pay Rate
$56.64 - $61.52/hour
