Position Summary

We are seeking an Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe and timely care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions. The RN will assess patients, administer treatments, monitor changes in condition, and support emergency interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patients based on clinical needs.

  • Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in patient condition.

  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.

  • Assist with emergency procedures and life-saving interventions.

  • Provide wound care, pain management, and other treatments as ordered.

  • Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition.

  • Collaborate with physicians and the emergency healthcare team.

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

  • Follow infection control, patient safety, and emergency care standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.

  • Nursing degree from an accredited program.

  • Previous Emergency Department or acute care experience preferred.

  • Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

  • BLS and ACLS certification as required for the role.

Pay Rate
$60.47 - $65.35/hour
