Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a Critical Access Hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care in the Emergency Department from admission through discharge while following established emergency and trauma care protocols. Candidates with Critical Access Hospital experience are preferred.
Responsibilities include providing emergency care using ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and other emergency nursing standards, monitoring patient progress, supporting clinical pathways, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Schedule consists of night shifts with three 12-hour shifts per week plus two on-call shifts. Coverage may be required at multiple emergency department locations as needed. Holiday and on-call coverage are required.
Shared housing may be available based on capacity and facility guidelines. Time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
- Active state RN license
- Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 hours 2 on-call shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week

Pay Rate
$57.42 - $62.30/hour
