Director of Quality Services RN
We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Services RN to lead quality improvement initiatives and promote safe, effective, and compliant patient care across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement programs.

Monitor clinical outcomes, patient safety indicators, and quality metrics.

Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care and organizational performance.

Review clinical data, identify trends, and coordinate corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.

Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative leaders on quality and patient safety initiatives.

Lead audits, prepare quality reports, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.

Educate staff on quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing ( BSN) or a related healthcare field preferred.

Current RN license as required by the state.

Previous quality management, performance improvement, clinical leadership, or healthcare compliance experience required.
-
Quality certification such as CPHQ preferred.
-
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Pay Rate
$98.58 - $103.46/hour
