Director of Nursing (DON)
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Director of Nursing will lead and support nursing staff, manage clinical operations, and promote best practices to maintain safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and clinical teams.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Monitor patient care outcomes and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care delivery.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee clinical operations and guide nursing teams effectively.
• Previous leadership or nursing management experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$67.13 - $72.00/hour
