CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to perform computed tomography (CT) examinations and produce high-quality diagnostic images. The candidate will operate CT equipment, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare patients for examinations and explain imaging procedures.
Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Administer contrast agents as authorized and according to established protocols.
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to their needs.
Operate and maintain CT equipment according to safety guidelines.
Review images for quality and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Follow radiation safety, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent education in Radiologic Technology.
ARRT certification in Radiography or Computed Tomography, as applicable.
State license required where applicable.
Previous CT imaging experience preferred.
Knowledge of CT procedures, anatomy, contrast administration, and radiation safety.
Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay Rate
$78.17 - $83.05/hour
