Position Summary
We are seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans, operate imaging equipment, and produce high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations according to established protocols.
- Position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain quality images.
- Review patient history and verify examination orders.
- Administer contrast media when authorized and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Follow radiation safety and dose-reduction practices.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain equipment and follow infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent education in Radiologic Technology.
- Current, active state license where required.
- ARRT certification in Radiography and/or CT, as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging and radiation safety.
- Excellent communication, patient-care, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$70.33 - $75.20/hour
