Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician
We are seeking a skilled Crisis Behavioral Health Clinician to provide rapid assessment, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to individuals experiencing acute mental health or behavioral health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and crisis assessments.
- Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and short-term therapeutic support.
- Assess safety risks and develop appropriate crisis or safety plans.
- Coordinate referrals and connect patients with appropriate community resources.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current state licensure/certification appropriate to the discipline.
- Previous crisis, behavioral health, emergency, or acute-care experience preferred.
- Strong crisis intervention, assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills.
Pay Rate
$60,000.00 - $85,000.00/year
