Clinical Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Position Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients by assessing health needs, coordinating treatment, and monitoring clinical conditions. Support safe, effective, and patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, labs, and changes in patient condition.
- Provide patient and family education on medications, treatments, and care needs.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient safety, and clinical standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and active RN license in the applicable state.
- Previous clinical or acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; additional certifications as applicable.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
Pay Rate
$45.22 - $50.10/hour
