Bill rate 62/On call 8- before admin fees
ORI: 8 hours non-billable
Class/Area: CST
Desired Start Date: 6/1/26
Length of Assignment: 8 wks
Hours per Week: 40hrs per week
Shift and Time: 7a-3:30pm or 7a-5:30pm (with a rotating day off) Mon - Fri
Schedule Details: M-F
Weekend Rotation: n/a
On-call Requirements: On-call required. must be within 30 mins of hospital
Holidays Requirements: N/A
Floating Requirements: N/A
Experience Required: Epic, 2 yrs plus years, 1 travel contract under belt. Plastics, general, ortho, ENT, neuro experience would be nice but not required

License Required: NBSTSA
Certificates Required: BLS, certification through NBSTSA

Orientation: any day during week
Credentials: Due Thursday before start date, Need CBC,DS and QuantiFERON gold - within in 90 days

Pay Rate
$42.28 - $47.15/hour
