Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered maternity and gynecological care across the full spectrum of pregnancy and reproductive health. The Certified Nurse Midwife will support patients before, during, and after pregnancy while collaborating with physicians and care teams to promote safe, high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, and gynecological care.
- Perform patient assessments, examinations, and routine women's health services.
- Manage normal pregnancies, labor, delivery, and postpartum care within scope of practice.
- Educate patients on pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health, and wellness.
- Identify risk factors and coordinate care for patients requiring additional services.
- Collaborate with OB-GYNs, physicians, nurses, and care navigators.
- Support a patient-centered, collaborative maternity care model.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Participate in overnight rotational call, including weekends and holidays.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical care practices.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification.
- Master's degree or graduate degree from an accredited nurse-midwifery program.
- Current APRN and state licensure as required.
- Previous experience providing comprehensive maternity and gynecological care preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Passion for patient-centered maternity care and improving health outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Overnight rotational call, including weekends and holidays
- Location: Greenwich, CT
Skills:
- Certification by the AMCB as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (Required - 0-1 years)
- At least 2-5 years of post graduate clinical experience (Required - 3 years)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree - nursing (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
Pay Rate
$132,000.00 - $145,000.00/year
