Behavioral Health Clinician
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessment, counseling, and therapeutic support to patients experiencing mental health and behavioral health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, or group counseling and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow patient safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current state licensure/certification appropriate to the discipline.
- Previous behavioral health or clinical counseling experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, crisis-management, and documentation skills.
Pay Rate
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
