Behavioral Health Clinician
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to provide assessment, counseling, and supportive services to individuals experiencing behavioral and mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, or group counseling as appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical services accurately.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals.
- Respond appropriately to behavioral health crises and safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current clinical license or certification as required by the state.
- Previous behavioral health or mental health experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and crisis-intervention skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Pay Rate
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00/year
