Margin/OT Billing Rules - Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs
ITC & perm staff must have been termed for at least 6 months
No hits are allowed, if there is a hit of ANY kind it is an automatic redirect

Start Date: ASAP
Minimum years of experience: 2 years of recent CVOR experience
First time travelers: Accepted
Weekend requirement: 24 hour weekend coverage every fourth to fifth weekend
Floating Requirement: may have to go to outpatient OR
Call requirement: Yes, 1 stay late and 1 call night per week
Certifications Required: AHA ACLS and BLS are required. PALS preferred.

Unit Details: Types of surgeries on unit: A mix of vascular, general surgery, robot general and urology, urology procedures, ortho (primarily from the E.D.), and neuro
