Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ physical function and quality of life.
Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure continuity of care.
Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to support ongoing recovery at home.
Maintain a safe, clean, and positive clinical environment.
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility).
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred.
Current BLS certification.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
Floating Requirement: This position requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, within the clinician’s scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies.
