Occupational Therapist (OT)
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative services to patients with physical, cognitive, or developmental challenges. The OT will assess patient abilities, create personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients improve independence, functional skills, and overall quality of life while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ functional limitations and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to enhance daily living abilities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and assistive device use.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment and coordinate care with the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current and active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Pay Rate
$49.64 - $54.52/hour
