Job Summary
Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor patient care performance, assess units in collaboration with nurse managers, and communicate findings while assisting with corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain a record-keeping system to track medication errors and counseling activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Seven (7) years of experience required, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory role.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Primary Source Verification of License and Registration as a Registered Professional Nurse from the NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Pay Rate
$107.55 - $112.43/hour
