Limited housing options may be available in shared units at a monthly cost based on availability. Housing is typically restricted to the assigned clinician only, and family members or pets may not be permitted.
The Clinical Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients across various age groups in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, implementing physician orders, administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care. The role requires the ability to work independently while following established nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies. The nurse supports patients and their families by providing education, care coordination, and compassionate clinical support.
Candidates must have at least 2–3 years of nursing experience in an acute or sub-acute care facility. A valid, current, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice in the United States or its territories is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association must be maintained throughout employment. Additional required certifications include Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) and the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), which must be completed within six months of hire.
This position typically follows a night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00, working three shifts per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Clinicians must be willing to provide holiday coverage when required. The role involves working with an electronic medical record system such as Allscripts and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Pay Rate
$52.85 - $57.72/hour
