Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care and support patients with their daily healthcare needs under the direction of an RN or provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients for changes in condition.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and routine nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and basic health needs.
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
Current LPN license in the applicable state.
Current BLS certification.
Previous clinical, hospital, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$26.46 - $31.34/hour
