Client can cancel 1 shift every 6wks
Location: Skokie,IL
Class/Area: CST/OR
Desired Start Date: 2 wks from offer
Length of Assignment: 12 wks
Bill Rate: $70 before AV fees
Call Bill Rate: $8 before AV fees
Hours per Week: Full time, 10hr Days , Call
Schedule Details: 40hrs per week, no special schedules
Requirement: 2yrs ortho-trauma, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint, and spine.
certification through NBSTSA
Weekend Rotation: no weekends or holidays unless call
Call: On call required (# of call in 6 week period depends on # of techs taking call. Currently about 6-8 in six week period) Within 30 mins to hospital for call
Experience Ortho/spine
Experience Required: 2 plus years
?Skokie Hospital Operating Room is the Orthopaedic & Spine Institute Operating Room. We only perform ortho and spine cases. Subspecialties include ortho-trauma, hand, foot/ankle, sports medicine, total joint, and spine.
