VT- RN Home Health
Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday w/ weekend rotation approx. every 4th week
This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.
