Ultrasound Technologist
We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations and provide accurate, high-quality imaging to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
Prepare and position patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Operate ultrasound equipment and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
Evaluate images for technical quality and obtain additional images as needed.
Maintain and operate equipment and report technical issues promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation while following safety and infection prevention standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
Current ARDMS certification or equivalent as applicable.
Current state license or registration as required.
Current BLS certification.
Previous ultrasound or hospital imaging experience preferred.
Strong technical, communication, attention-to-detail, and patient-care skills.
Pay Rate
$68.85 - $73.73/hour
