Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Bill rate: $82 before admin fees
Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Week 1 730a-4p 4 weekdays and Saturday (not sure what day off during the week )
Week 2 730a-4p 4 weekdays possibly Mon-Thursday

Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of Ultrasound experience, experience in vascular, general and breast

License/ Certification Requirements: ARDMS- Ultrasound, BLS, MSK

Floating Requirements: None

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend

On-Call Requirements: as needed

Holiday Requirements: As needed

Creds Due: 1 Week Prior to Start

Notes: Backfilling a permanent staff members absence, will consider temp-perm
