Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide safe, compassionate nursing care while supporting healthcare facilities during temporary travel assignments. The Travel RN will assess patients, administer medications and treatments, monitor clinical conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams across different care settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, and patient responses to treatment.
- Provide patient and family education regarding care and discharge needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Adapt quickly to facility policies, workflows, and patient care environments.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as required.
Pay Rate
$42.23 - $47.11/hour
