Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Travel Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services across healthcare facilities and support patients in achieving improved mobility and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation treatments.
• Improve patients’ mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home-care programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Adapt to different facility protocols and clinical environments.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active PT license as required by state regulations.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible assignments.
