Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide safe and compassionate nursing care across different healthcare settings. The LPN will monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, assist with daily care needs, and support the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Perform wound care and other nursing procedures as assigned.
- Report changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow infection control, safety, and patient care standards.
- Adapt to different facilities, workflows, and patient populations.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the applicable state.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Previous LPN experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in different healthcare environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel and adapt to changing assignments.
Pay Rate
$37.90 - $42.78/hour
