Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Travel LPN to provide quality nursing care during temporary assignments in different healthcare settings. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care according to patient care plans.
  • Monitor vital signs and changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and care plans.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and nursing standards.
  • Communicate patient changes and concerns to the RN or healthcare provider.
  • Work effectively in different healthcare environments and adapt to facility procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted LPN license in the applicable state.
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Previous healthcare or clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic nursing care and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and workflows.
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.

Pay Rate
$37.90 - $42.78/hour
