Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide safe and compassionate nursing care while supporting healthcare facilities during temporary travel assignments. The Travel LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or healthcare provider.
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Check and document vital signs and patient information.
Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
Provide patient and family education regarding care and treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
Adapt quickly to different healthcare settings and patient populations.

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license.
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Previous LPN experience preferred.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments.
Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules as required.

Pay Rate
$37.48 - $42.36/hour
