Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to the established care plan.
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and feeding when needed.
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical observations.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and health management.
- Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current AHA BLS Certification (Required).
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (preferred; varies by facility).
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Pay Rate
$44.40 - $49.28/hour
