Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings on temporary assignments. The Travel LPN will assist with patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment while adapting to new clinical environments.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and health management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and work environments.
• Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred.
Pay Rate
$34.29 - $39.17/hour
