Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate hands-on care to patients in different healthcare settings. The LNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient needs, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and other daily activities.
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation.
- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity.
- Assist with toileting and personal hygiene.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Document care provided as required.
- Follow infection control and patient safety procedures.
- Adapt to different facilities, workflows, and patient care environments.
Qualifications
- Current LNA license or certification as required by the applicable state.
- Previous healthcare or nursing assistant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work effectively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel and adapt to new healthcare settings.
Pay Rate
$18.40 - $23.28/hour
