Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care in healthcare facilities on a temporary travel assignment. The LNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor their condition, and support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe, quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Measure and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with feeding, hydration, positioning, and transfers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Assist with ambulation and use of mobility equipment according to patient needs.
- Provide compassionate support and promote patient dignity and independence.
- Document patient care and observations accurately.
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
- Adapt quickly to different healthcare settings, procedures, and patient populations during travel assignments.
Qualifications:
- Current LNA certification/license as required by the state.
- Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and safety practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach.
Pay Rate
$17.00 - $20.39/hour
