Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
Position Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care while supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals. Assist patients with daily activities, mobility, and comfort while adapting to different healthcare environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Measure and document vital signs as directed.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
- Assist with meals and encourage appropriate nutrition and hydration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Provide emotional support while maintaining patient dignity and privacy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Follow infection-control and patient safety standards.
- Adapt effectively to different healthcare settings and assignments.
Qualifications
- Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant program.
- Current and active LNA certification or license in the applicable state.
- Previous nursing assistant or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different healthcare environments and schedules.
Pay Rate
$18.40 - $23.28/hour
