Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. The LNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while adapting to various healthcare settings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Obtain and record vital signs, height, weight, intake and output, and promptly report changes in patient condition
  • Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises using safe patient handling techniques
  • Provide emotional support while maintaining patient comfort, dignity, and privacy
  • Assist nurses with admissions, discharges, and routine patient care procedures
  • Collect specimens and perform routine patient care tasks within the scope of practice
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Ensure patient rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Follow infection prevention protocols, HIPAA regulations, and patient safety standards
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support quality patient care
  • Adapt quickly to new healthcare facilities, workflows, and patient populations while maintaining high standards of care
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license/certification in the state of practice
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent LNA experience required
  • Previous travel healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection prevention practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Pay Rate
$18.40 - $23.28/hour
