Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Travel Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide direct patient care and support nursing teams across various healthcare facilities. The Travel LNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor patient needs, and provide essential care services while adapting quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, and care teams. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and licensed nursing staff
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and patient care observations
• Assist with patient transfers, repositioning, and safe mobility techniques
• Support patient comfort, hygiene, safety, and overall well-being
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and nutritional support as needed
• Provide care support for patients with chronic conditions, rehabilitation needs, and complex medical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided according to facility standards
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient confidentiality policies
• Adapt quickly to different facility procedures, workflows, and patient care environments
• Collaborate with nursing teams and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes


Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification/license in the state of practice
• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or preferred based on facility requirements
• Minimum 1 year of recent LNA/CNA experience preferred
• Prior travel healthcare experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic patient care procedures and safety practices
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
• Willingness to travel and work flexible assignments

Pay Rate
$18.40 - $23.28/hour
