******4x10s - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 0730-1800; Friday 0730-1700 **OR** 5x8s 3 days at 0930-1800 and 2 days at 0730-1600******

Visits Per Day: 9

Patient Age Group: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents

Documentation System: Wellsky/Epic

Provider Support: Interpretation Services, Physical Therapy, Unit Secretary

Certification Required: BLS, CCC-SLP

Work Settings Required: Pediatric Outpatient

Pediatric Required: Autism, Birth Defects, Development delays, Language Disorders

Patient Safety Required: Signs and Symptoms of Physical, Sexual, Psychological abuse

Other Required: Patient/Family Education

Billing Documentation Required: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Medicaid, Plan of Care, Reassessments, SLP Evaluation Coding

1-2 Years of Experience Required
