Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:00 16:30

Description:
Monday-Friday 0830-1630 OR 0930-1800 (3x per week)
No call or weekends
Float to Onstead required (about 15 minutes apart)

Average Daily Census: 10

Patient Age Group: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Staffing Ratios: 1:1

Documentation system: WellSky, Epic

Communication system: SBAR

Provider Support: Unit Secretary

Patient diagnosis: General ortho and neuro

Certifications Required: BLS

Work Settings Required: Outpatient clinic

Specialty/Patient Population: Neurology, Ortho

Assessment Required: AROM/AAROM/PROM, Assistive Devices, Pain assessment, Stength testing

Documentation Required: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management

Professional Skills and Knowledge Required: Home exercise Program, Patient family education

Years of experience required: 1
