Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation to provide high-quality rehabilitative care that helps patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional mobility, strength, coordination, and daily living skills.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and facility protocols.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license as required by state regulations.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and treatment planning.
Previous inpatient rehabilitation or acute care occupational therapy experience preferred.

Pay Rate
$61.52 - $66.40/hour
